Eryngium Giganteum 'Miss Wilmott's Ghost' grows to about 3 feet and has such an unusual bloom that is more of an egg shape. The flower are so pale it gives it that ghostly appearance but when you get closer you can see it is a pale blue tone. Grows well in Sun and well drained soil. Sure to make you stop and stare when it blooms in Summer.
