Eryngium Giganteum or Silver Ghost is a true silver flower that can get as big as a tennis ball. The silvery flowers give it a ghostly look to it at certain times of day, ergo the nickname. It prefers poor soil and also not overly watered, it prefers dryer soil. It is an award winning plant that florists love for the long lived silver blooms that can be used as dry flowers. Flowers appear from July to September. Height goes from 2 - 4 feet tall.
